The Barn

When we saw the freestanding barn on the property of 51 Marcie Way, we had a crazy idea.

At the time, the barn was being used as a storage and woodworking shed by our dear friend; the builder of the property, Mr. Paul Winn.

While some may have been interested in the tools, machines and gadgets inside the barn, we were interested in the barn itself (we aren't so good with tools, machines and/or gadgets).

We had never even been homeowners before (having rented in NYC for 40 years) and knew nothing of construction... but for some reason we had a feeling that this barn might be the place to finally realize our lifelong dream.

With the incredible help of Paul Winn and many others, we have transformed the barn into The Moving Barn, a training oasis nestled right in Ogunquit.

We have equipped The Moving Barn with state of the art technology, but have designed it to make you feel as if you are working out in your own backyard. We want you to feel comfortable and at home.
